About Coach Nate

As a player, Coach Nate, understood early on that it wasn't about the size of the dog in the fight but rather the size of the fight in the dog.

That underdog, "chip on his shoulder" mentality led to a full-ride to Harris Stowe State University where he took that Wellston Pride with him and earn the starting point guard job.

After his award winning playing days came to an end, Coach Nate took to the sidelines where he's won championships on every level.

He's won state championships, AAU National Champtionships, Pro-Am Championships and recently took his first year St. Louis Griffins Pro team to the TBL Finals where he came up just one game shy of a championship ring as a first year coach.

In the process of winning championships, Coach Nate has sent hundreds of players to college on full ride scholarships and dozens have gone on to play professionally in the NBA and over seas.

For years Coach Nate has been an intrical part of many youth sports teams and organizations, lending his expertise.

Building his own program is something that is long overdue and the city is eagarly awaiting the magic that is Micro Footersure to come from The Griffin Way School of Hard-Nose Basketball.
